Тема: “Make our town prosper!”
Тип урока: комбинированный
Вид урока: урок обобщения и систематизации изученного
Метод обучения: побуждающий
Цели: Образовательная: правильное использование в речи видо-временных форм английского глагола, активизация лексики предыдущих уроков.
Развивающая: развитие навыков коммуникативной компетенции во всех видах речевой деятельности, формирование умения презентации материала.
Воспитательная: воспитание патриотизма, конкурентоспособности.
Материалы к уроку: УМК New Millennium English 11, Гроза О.Л. и др., «ТИТУЛ»; доска, плакаты, ТСО.
Ход урока:
I. Организационный момент (приветствие, сообщение цели урока).
II. Актуализация, подготовка к деятельности.
III. Активизация навыков монологической речи.
IV. Подведение итогов по выступлениям.
V. Подведение итогов урока и оценки.
VI. Объяснение домашнего задания.

План-конспект
I. Организационный момент (приветствие, сообщение цели урока).
— Good morning, boys and girls! I am glad to see you! Take your seats. How are you today? Who is on duty today? Is anybody absent? Thank you, you may sit down.
— Our lesson today we shall devote to your project works. It was your home task for today. I am sure you have done it.
II. Актуализация, подготовка к деятельности.
— You have read a lot about people and places. And you have learnt a lot of interesting things about them.
— We have learned about many tourist destinations. Can you call some of them? (the Torrington Project, Eden Garden, London, etc)
— Let’s make our town a tourist center. It will be a competition. It will be easier for you to work in groups. Please, split into groups. We shall listen to the best projects the groups choose, but as many projects as the group wish. (ученики делятся на группы и выбирают лучшие проекты)
— You are to show your projects and at the end of the lesson we shall decide whose project is the most promising. I will give you only 5 minutes to your speeches. Others should listen to you attentively.
III. Активизация навыков монологической речи.
— Who wants to begin? Be active, please!
(учитель и класс слушает ответы учеников)
IV. Подведение итогов по выступлениям.
— Very good. Thank you for your hard work. Let’s choose the group whose answer was the best. Then at the end of the lesson I shall give you my opinion about your projects.
— Now, let’s imagine Aznakaevo will be a tourist centre. What changes will you see? There will be pluses and minuses of it.
(доска делится на два столбика)
— Pluses/Benefits: good roads, well-lit streets, places for entertainment, souvenir shops, good accommodation.
— Minuses/drawbacks: noise, many people, nuisance.
— How can we avoid these problems? Yes, tourism in any place needs an integrated approach. Our nature is unique, we have many historic sites, the residents are very friendly, and if we unite all these features our Aznakaevo will prosper.
V. Подведение итогов урока и оценки.
— The lesson is coming to an end. We have done a lot during the lesson. You were active and worked quickly. Your projects were interesting and colourful, Pupils who have made a presentation of their projects, will get an excellent mark. The other members of the groups will hand me their works. I shall examine them and tell you the marks tomorrow.
VI. Объяснение домашнего задания.
— For homework you are to read a text for an extensive reading. P.161-163, an extract from a play by Wilder. Read the text and understand it.
— The lesson is over. Have a good day! Good-bye!
