Тема: “We have much in common”
Цель: развитие коммуникативных способностей на основе страноведческого материала.
Аспекты:
Учебный:
тренировка навыков аудирования; активизация навыков диалогической речи, совершенствование навыков грамматики и устной речи.

Развивающий:
Развивать речевые способности, психологические функции, связанные с речевой деятельностью (память, внимание, мышление, способность логически мыслить, умение анализировать).

Воспитательный:
Воспитывать уважительное отношение друг к другу, развивать умение слушать товарища.
Воспитывать уважительное отношение к стране изучаемого языка, к ее культуре и традициям.
Личностно-ориентированный:
Способствовать развитию умения сопоставлять факты, развивать исследовательские и творческие навыки, создать условия для повышения интереса к изучаемому материалу, создать условия для развития навыков общения и совместной деятельности.

1. Организационный момент:
Good day, pupils!
I’m very glad to see you!
Let’s begin our lesson. Tell me, please what day is it today?

OK, and what date is it today?

What season is it now?
Do you like spring?

Why do you like spring?

And what is the weather like today?

Thank you for your answers, my dear pupils.

2. Тренировка навыков устной речи.
Pupils, you have recently had your spring holidays. And now tell me please, how you spent them? What did you do? How do you usually spend your leisure?

3. I see that you really had a nice time. And today I’m going to speak with you about leisure in general and about leisure in Britain.

Here are 5 popular leisure activities for British people outside their own homes. Put them in correct order 1-5(1=most popular.. 5=least popular). The group that finishes the first rises their green card.

What other activities do you think are popular?

What do you think British people do at home in their free time?

In my opinion dancing can be also popular among British people. Pupils, do you like dancing? Let’s have a rest for a little bit.

4. Актуализация лексики по теме. Here we can see different kinds of outside activities. Can you match the words to the activities. You have several minutes to discuss your task in your groups.
The group that finishes the task the first rises their card.
5. Развитие навыков аудирования. Watching the sequence 1 about outside activities. Работа проводится в 2-х группах. Учащиеся отмечают на карточках, те виды спорта, которые они увидели во время просмотра фрагмента фильма. Группа, которая завершает работу первой поднимает зеленую карточку.

Watching the sequence 3 about different places. Работа проводится в 2-х группах. Учащиеся отмечают на карточках места, в которых они увидели Лиони во время просмотра фрагмента фильма. Группа, которая завершает работу первой поднимает зеленую карточку.

Marking the sentences Tor F. Учащиеся работают в группах, обсуждают утверждения. Участники группы, которые завершили задание первыми, по цепочке читают, переводят утверждения и говорят “T/F”. Sequence 3 просматривается еще раз, для того, чтобы сверить правильность ответов.


Sequence 4.
1.Watching the sequence and putting the activities in the order they hear them.
2. Making three true sentences. Matching the terms with their definitions.
Sequence 5. Tick the places you see. Name the places you ticked.

6. Совешенствование навыков монологической речи.
Now pupils, answer my questions please.
- What do you do in your free time at home?
- What activities do you do outside your home?

And you, pupils, tell me please, do you like to travel?

“Problem solving”. Учащиеся по цепочке читают каждую из ситуаций, переводят их. Учащиеся в группах соотносят картинки с ситуациями.

7. Итоги урока:
Now, I see that you know a lot about leisure in general and about leisure in Great Britain.
Ребята, спасибо вам за ваши ответы и за вашу замечательную работу. Мне с вами очень понравилось говорить о различных видах досуга и способах проведения его, надеюсь и вам тоже.
(Рассказ каждого из них о своих впечатлениях об уроке и своем отношении к видам проведения досуга, к видам активного вида отдыха. Краткие предложения по итогу). Ребята, как вы думаете сможете ли вы поделиться своими знаниями со своим друзьям и близким. Что нового узнали? Краткие предложения по итогу.
Более того, я считаю, что вы сможете уже сейчас объяснить любому второкласснику как можно отдохнуть с пользой для здоровья!

As for me, I had a really nice holidays. I had a rest, slept, went to Kazan – I went to the cinema and visited several cafes there.

Regarding my holidays, I spent them very well. I relaxed, went on the Internet, watched TV and met my friends.

I also had a nice time, I met my friends. We went to the swimming pool and to the skating ring and had a rest together.

I think that our holidays were short. I couldn’t fully enjoy them, the weather wasn’t fine and it wasn’t warm. That’s why I sat at home during my holidays.

In my opinion, doing sport and watching sport are popular in Britain.

I guess that people can have their own hobbies.

I think that people can visit interesting places, travelling can be popular too.

In their free time they can listen to music or watch films.

They can went on the Internet or watch TV.

Usually in my free time I watch TV, listen to music, go on the Internet.

Outside my home I go to a drama group, go to a dance group, see my friends and go swimming. My dream is to travel to different countries and to see a lot of nice places.

The first picture coincides with “e” – two months…
The man wears very comfortable clothes and shoes. I think he has all necessary things for travelling to Africa in his bag.

The second picture coincides with “c”. On this picture we can see a family. I think 2 weeks in Florida, renting a house will be really wonderful for them.

On this picture I can see an elderly woman. In my opinion, a week in Copenhagen will be suitable for her.

On the 4th picture we can see two young ladies. I think, a place with plenty of restaurants, nightclubs and cafes will be wonderful for them.

On the 5th picture we can see a couple. They have just married and a holiday in a beautiful, romantic Venice will be suitable for them.

On the last picture we can see two people. I think they are a husband and a wife. I guess that they are 50 years old and to go to sightseeing in Germany will be ok for them.
